Outcome:
After conducting an analysis of the local demographic and population figures within their franchises territories, Hire A Hubby were able to implement a bronze/silver/gold/platinum structure for franchises, which doubled their entry fees for new top-end franchises.

Franchise - Mr Rental

Outcome:
Following a detailed demographic analysis of their customer base, Mr Rental calculated the minimum quantity of ‘target’ customers needed in each territory to be successful. This formula has helped grow their franchise footprint from 46 stores in 2006 to 88 stores five years later.
